Made with gluten-free tamari and other flavorful ingredients. ♥
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. cold water
1/4 c. GF tamari
1/4 c. canola oil
1/4 c. water
4 T. agave
1 T. fish sauce
1 T. rice wine vinegar
1 clove a garlic, grated
1 T. freshly grated ginger
1 t. dried onion flakes
1/2 t. red pepper flakes
Mix cornstarch and cold water together in a small bowl. Add all remaining ingredients to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in cornstarch mixture. Continue to stir and cook sauce over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. Add some to your favorite stir-fry immediately before serving.
