
Super garlicky and cheesy. An easy, rich, gluten free snack! ♥
1/3 cup popcorn kernels
1 T. vegetable oil
1 T. olive oil
1 T. butter
1/2 – 1 clove garlic, grated or very finely minced
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Popcorn salt to taste
Add popcorn kernels and vegetable oil to a microwave popcorn popper and pop on high for 2 1/2 – 3 minutes, or until there are 2-3 seconds between pops. Pour popcorn into a large bowl.
In a small microwave safe bowl, add olive oil, butter and garlic. Microwave on high for 30-60 seconds until butter is melted and garlic is tender, stopping to stir every 15 seconds. Pour melted butter mixture over popcorn, then toss lightly. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and salt, and toss again. Serve immediately.
