Sweet, tangy and spicy. Great as a marinade or for dipping. Naturally gluten free! ♥
1/2 c. pineapple juice (or water, or orange juice)
1/4 c. light brown sugar
2 oz. tomato paste
2 oz. honey
2 T. cider vinegar
1 T. molasses
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. ground mustard
1/2 t. kosher salt
1/2 t. onion powder
1/2 t. chili powder
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. black pepper
1/4 t. smoked paprika
1/8 t. cayenne pepper (if desired)
Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan. Stir and cook over medium-low heat for 30-40 minutes. Makes about 1 cup.
