This naturally gluten free sauce is fantastic spooned over grilled chicken or beef, and great for dipping grilled veggies! ♥
1 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1 T. fresh oregano leaves
1 T. fresh thyme leaves
2 cloves or garlic, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 t. dried red pepper flakes
1/2 t. ground cumin
1/2 t. salt
Add parsley, cilantro, mint, oregano, oregano and thyme to a food processor and pulse until chopped. Add remaining ingredients and blend until desired consistency. Use as a marinade or serve for dipping.
